Identify undervalued assets.
SPG implements cutting edge technology that allows us to quickly and effectively search for and identify under valued assets such as land, commercial buildings and derelict properties that would benefit the local areas if developed into residential housing stock.

Aquire necessary planning permissions & permits.
As with any proposed development project, necessary permits and approvals from local government bodies are required. Our team have a wealth of experience in dealing with these assets and have an impressive success rate with new planning proposals.

Outline potential schemes for significant uplift in values
Once an asset has been identified, our expert in-house teams of architects, planning consultants and builders work to prepare a viable scheme that would reflect an attractive gross development value and then prepare the drawings and technical aspects ready for submission.

Resell the completed scheme for profit.
Upon a successful application, the asset is then re-valued for the potential profitability that has been achieved with the new plans on the project and then put out to our developer customer base ready for sale and the assets are liquidated and passed over to full development to commence.
